Moving from Webnode
Moving from Webnode to Webeas
We move pages, blog and images to the same addresses, with titles and descriptions for search engines. Your Webnode site keeps running unchanged meanwhile.

What you get by moving
- Addresses stay With your own domain, page addresses stay exactly the same, so links from elsewhere and search results keep working.
- Cookie banner and backups included A GDPR cookie banner and automatic backups come even with the free site. No extra charge for the basics.
- Free, or done for you Run the move yourself for free. Or we do the whole thing for you — free with yearly Premium.
How the move works
- Paste your website address We go through your site the way a visitor sees it and list pages, articles, photos and documents. Nothing is moved yet.
- Confirm the site is yours With a tag you paste into the page, a file, or a record at your own domain. Nobody can move someone else’s site — not yours either.
- Choose what to move Tick the pages and articles. The look is chosen separately: our template, your own design, or an imitation of the original.
- Compare and publish You see the old and the new site side by side. It goes live when you say so — until then your current site keeps running.
What we move and what to keep in mind
We move
- Pages at the same addresses
- Blog with categories and dates
- Images, galleries and PDF documents
- Titles and descriptions for search engines
- Colours, fonts, logo, menu and footer
Keep in mind
- A site only at a Webnode address: we cannot redirect that address. The new site runs on your domain or on an address with us.
- Orders from an old online shop do not move — products and pages do.
- Forms and other Webnode features are replaced by our modules; you set them up in a few clicks.
Rather not do it yourself? We move it for you
The done-for-you transfer is free with yearly Premium (CZK 2,490; Max for large sites). We move the content, photos into albums and the look — you just check the result.
- You send us your website address
- We assess for free what it contains and how much space it takes
- You choose Premium for a year
- We move the site and show it to you before anything goes live
Sites larger than 10 GB we move by arrangement.
Questions about moving from Webnode
I bought my domain through Webnode. Is it mine?
The domain is yours wherever you bought it. Either change its pointing (DNS) or transfer it to another registrar. The admin walks you through connecting the domain step by step — and if you would rather not, we connect it for you.
Will I lose my search rankings?
Nobody can promise rankings; search engines decide them. What is in our power, we do: page and image addresses stay exactly the same, titles and descriptions move over and old redirects keep working.
What will I pay?
The website is free forever, with no trial. Premium costs CZK 249 a month or CZK 2,490 a year — and with yearly payment the done-for-you transfer is free.
Can you do the move for me?
Yes — the done-for-you transfer is free with yearly Premium. We move the content, photos and look, and show you the result before anything goes live.
