Moving from eStránky
Moving from eStránky to Webeas
We move pages, articles, photo galleries and documents. Galleries become albums, and your eStránky site keeps running unchanged meanwhile.

What you get by moving
- Galleries as albums A row of photos linking to large versions moves as an album, shown on the page by a Gallery block.
- A modern site on mobile Templates are built for phones and computers alike. You move texts and photos and choose a new look.
- Free, or done for you Run the move yourself for free. Or we do the whole thing for you — free with yearly Premium.
How the move works
- Paste your website address We go through your site the way a visitor sees it and list pages, articles, photos and documents. Nothing is moved yet.
- Confirm the site is yours With a tag you paste into the page, a file, or a record at your own domain. Nobody can move someone else’s site — not yours either.
- Choose what to move Tick the pages and articles. The look is chosen separately: our template, your own design, or an imitation of the original.
- Compare and publish You see the old and the new site side by side. It goes live when you say so — until then your current site keeps running.
What we move and what to keep in mind
We move
- Pages and texts
- Articles with dates
- Photo galleries into albums
- Images and PDF documents
- Titles and descriptions for search engines
Keep in mind
- A site only at …estranky.cz: we cannot redirect that address. The new site runs on your domain or on an address with us.
- Guestbooks, polls and similar features do not move as features — the page text does.
- Large galleries take up space: the assessment before the move tells you how much.
Rather not do it yourself? We move it for you
The done-for-you transfer is free with yearly Premium (CZK 2,490; Max for large sites). We move the content, photos into albums and the look — you just check the result.
- You send us your website address
- We assess for free what it contains and how much space it takes
- You choose Premium for a year
- We move the site and show it to you before anything goes live
Sites larger than 10 GB we move by arrangement.
Questions about moving from eStránky
Are photo galleries moved?
Yes. A row of photos linking to large versions moves as an album with full-size photos. A gallery the move does not recognise stays on the page as images — nothing is lost.
My site is only at …estranky.cz. What about that address?
That address belongs to eStránky, so we cannot redirect it to us. The new site runs on an address with us, or on your own domain, which you can connect even to a free site.
How much space will the photos take?
Roughly 0.7 MB per photo including the thumbnail. The assessment shows the exact figure before the move. The free plan has 1 GB, Premium 5 GB.
Can you do the move for me?
Yes — the done-for-you transfer is free with yearly Premium. We move the content, photos into albums and the look, and show you the result before anything goes live.
