Moving from Wix
Moving from Wix to Webeas
Wix builds pages with JavaScript — so the move loads them like a browser and takes the texts, images and titles. Your Wix site keeps running meanwhile.

What you get by moving
- Script-built pages move too Where the page code has no content, we render it like a browser. Whatever fails is listed in the transfer log — nothing disappears silently.
- Support from a real person You write to a person, not a chatbot — in Czech or in English.
- Free, or done for you Run the move yourself for free. Or we do the whole thing for you — free with yearly Premium.
How the move works
- Paste your website address We go through your site the way a visitor sees it and list pages, articles, photos and documents. Nothing is moved yet.
- Confirm the site is yours With a tag you paste into the page, a file, or a record at your own domain. Nobody can move someone else’s site — not yours either.
- Choose what to move Tick the pages and articles. The look is chosen separately: our template, your own design, or an imitation of the original.
- Compare and publish You see the old and the new site side by side. It goes live when you say so — until then your current site keeps running.
What we move and what to keep in mind
We move
- Pages and texts
- Blog with dates
- Images and documents
- Titles and descriptions for search engines
Keep in mind
- We do not copy the Wix layout pixel by pixel — the look is built from our elements, or you choose a template.
- A site only at …wixsite.com: we cannot redirect that address. The new site runs on your domain or on an address with us.
- Apps from the Wix App Market are replaced by our modules (bookings, forms, selling).
Rather not do it yourself? We move it for you
The done-for-you transfer is free with yearly Premium (CZK 2,490; Max for large sites). We move the content, photos into albums and the look — you just check the result.
- You send us your website address
- We assess for free what it contains and how much space it takes
- You choose Premium for a year
- We move the site and show it to you before anything goes live
Sites larger than 10 GB we move by arrangement.
Questions about moving from Wix
Can the move handle a Wix site?
Yes. Wix sends pages as a shell and a script fills in the content — for such pages the move renders them like a browser and takes the content. Pages go in batches, so a large site takes a while.
What about a domain bought through Wix?
The domain is yours. Either change its pointing (DNS) or transfer it to another registrar. The admin walks you through connecting it step by step.
What will I pay?
The website is free forever. Premium costs CZK 249 a month or CZK 2,490 a year — and with yearly payment the done-for-you transfer is free.
Can you do the move for me?
Yes — the done-for-you transfer is free with yearly Premium. We show you the result before anything goes live.
